AXION Aerial Systems (“AXION”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at [https://axion.ca] and provides industrial drone services from Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada.
We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
2. What we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Contact form: name, email, organization, message, inquiry type.
- Booking flow: name, email, phone, delivery preference, billing details. Card information is collected directly by Square via their Web Payments SDK and never touches our servers.
- Newsletter signup: email address.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- IP address, user-agent, referring URL, and pages viewed (server logs, retained

3. How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and deliver requested services.
- To process bookings and accept payment via Square.
- To send newsletters (only if you opt in; one-click unsubscribe in every email).

4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Square — for payment processing. Their privacy policy: squareup.com/ca/en/legal/general/privacy.

5. Cross-border data transfers

We use HTTPS, server-side input validation, and least-privilege Square OAuth scopes. Card data is tokenized client-side by Square and never stored on our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; you accept this residual risk by using the site.
10. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the homepage and via email to known account holders.
